Stream 0 Notes:

1. Two initial drops have been omitted (a coffee shop and a restaurant), where I returned and asked if the device had been turned in. They had been. However, it is difficult to consistently return and ask at each drop location. So, from now on I am leaving the devices. Perhaps sooner or later a person at the authority will get curious and check the contents of the device. Those two device drops were not counted in the above statistics.
2. Since the devices only use embedded links to log when accessed by a user, any devices found and used while not connected to the Internet will not register, and may never be accounted for in this study, unless the user chooses to contact the Honey Stick Project directly. So, I expect many Pending devices will never have activity detected.
3. The intent of Stream 0 is primarily to identify which types of locations and positioning obtain the best responses for future streams.
