Posted in Uncategorized by Administrator on the June 4th, 2008

Stream 1 Objective:

Essentially the same objective as Stream 0.

Device Type:

Least expensive available USB Drives - typically about 64MB to 256MB, ranging in cost from $5-$8 each.

Folder Structure:

One top level folder and one hidden folder within it. One file in the hidden folder, and several files in the root folder.

File Content Type:

All HTML files except for one .TXT file with owner information in it. All other files have the same content with the exception of a unique parameter in the URL called upon opening.

Placement:

Similar to Stream 0 with more emphasis on areas with less obvious places to turn in the device when found, and more likely access to a privately owned computer connected to the internet (i.e. NOT internet cafes or kiosks - no risk to user on these systems).

Data collected:

Same as Stream 0.
